What will you be doing?

Content Creation & Collaboration:

  • Monitor community activity, address user queries, and manage discussions effectively.
  • Track and analyze community metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.

X (formerly Twitter) Management:

  • Develop and execute content strategies for the Licious X platform.
  • Create and publish engaging tweets, participate in relevant conversations, and monitor brand mentions.
  • Analyze X performance metrics to optimize content and engagement.

Social Media Operations :

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including partnerships and business teams, to identify opportunities and develop mutually beneficial social media strategies.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of content and channels using listening tools and analytics platforms.
  • Assist and execute daily operational and logistical tasks related to social media management
  • Manage creative agencies and partners by briefing, evaluating, and guiding them to create impactful and brand-aligned content.
  • Work with internal and external creative partners to develop clutter-breaking content.
  • Provide regular reports and insights, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Manage operations with agency and vendor relationships, including onboarding, and overseeing legal, finance, and accounting processes.
  • Execute influencer marketing activations, including defining metrics, coordinating live video sessions, liaising with agencies, and processing billing.

You will be a great fit if you have –

  • 2-2.5 years of work experience managing social media platforms for F&B, FMCG, D2C brands, or related industries from agency or brand teams.
  • Proven community management experience.
  • Experience with audience development strategies for video and audio content is a plus.
  • Ability to articulate and present ideas clearly to colleagues at all levels.
  • A detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional writing skills for crafting engaging captions, headlines, and visual stories.
  • A demonstrated ability to create visually compelling content that drives engagement.
  • Strong editorial judgment and understanding of brand voice.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • The ability to synthesize and communicate information quickly and concisely.
  • A Willingness Completion of an edit test (writing samples are a plus).
  • Experience with video editing and asset creation is highly desirable.

    • The role requires a graduate degree with exposure to MS office and comfort with numbers.
    • In addition the associate should have attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

    Basic Qualification:

    • Completed under graduation (UG) in any stream.
    • Analytical knowledge to solve basic mathematical and logical problems.
    • Knowledge of Excel (Basic excel knowledge and logics)
    • Ability to communicate effectively (Read, Write, Speak)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes.
    • Self starter, good team player Strong attention to detail in editing content and deep dive and identify root causes of issues.
    • Good at problem solving, data analysis and troubleshooting issues related to content editing.
    • Good interpersonal skills to manage ongoing relationships with software team and inter operations teams.
    • Working knowledge of XML standards would be an added advantage. Knowledge of or experience in Publishing industry is a big plus.
    • Should be able to write SQL queries.
    • Knowledge on python/selenium to perform basic automations of repetitive tasks.
