Job Description:
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn) targeted at U.S. audiences. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working night shifts to align with U.S. business hours. An MBA is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Run and scale social media ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct U.S.-based audience research and tailor campaign strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives.
- Implement conversion tracking and monitor KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and GTM.
- Create regular campaign reports with performance insights and optimization suggestions.
- Run A/B tests and continuously refine strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing paid campaigns targeted at the U.S. market.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Willing to work night shifts.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and campaign analytics.
- Good understanding of AI-based marketing and creative tools (e.g., AdCreative.ai, ChatGPT, Canva with AI, etc.).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
Nice to Have:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or landing page builders.
- Experience working in an agency or on international campaigns.
