Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaigns :
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, software evaluation platforms).
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics for campaigns, recommend and implement modifications for optimization.
2. Content Creation & Design Coordination:
- Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure visually appealing and consistent content.
3. SEO & SEM Strategy & Implementation:
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive qualified traffic to the website.
4. Social Media Management:
- Manage company profiles on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop strategies for increasing followers, engagement, and conversion through social media.
5. Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Segment mailing lists and optimize email campaigns for engagement and conversions.
6. Lead Management & Collaboration:
- Monitor lead capture in the CRM and prepare and coordinate with sales management for effective handling of leads.
- Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and apply new ideas to improve campaigns.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools to assess performance and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
- Knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4 – 7 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the B2B space
