Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on ad performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking solutions.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Keyword & Audience Research: Identify high-performing keywords and define audience segments for targeted campaigns.
- Budget Management: Plan and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize reach and conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand messaging and target audience needs.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor ad strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize ad campaigns for lead generation and nurture strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in a B2B or software development environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with retargeting, display advertising, and programmatic ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
