Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical aspects of Zalaris’ web relaunch project, focusing on improved user experience, faster load times, and higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to execute strategies that improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Implement, test, and analyze A/B testing initiatives to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into fully functional, responsive web pages that adhere to best practices in web development.
- Optimize all web applications for compliance, accessibility, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain clean, error-free code optimized for SEO and website performance.
- Address technical website issues, recommend fixes, and implement performance optimizations as needed.
Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in Full Stack Web Development.
- Technologies: expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery; familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- CMS: Experience with at least one headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity, or similar) with SSR
- Testing and Analytics: Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, and GSC.
- SEO: Deep understanding of SEO principles and conversion rate optimization.
- Design: Proficiency in responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Project Management: Experience working within Agile frameworks and managing deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and organizational prowess. Ability to work independently and adapt to project needs.
