- Create and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to acquire leads
- You will be responsible for owning and optimizing our paid media campaigns, including social, display, and native advertising across multiple platforms.
- Oversee and manage campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads & and Linkedin Campaign Manager.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis to stay informed and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategy, messaging and campaign design.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in advertising trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Conversion Tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager and other tracking platforms to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Working knowledge of CRM Software is a bonus.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of audience building and targeting, bidding and budget optimization, and creative optimization.
