At Digital Toppers, we aim to provide a transparent and fair enrollment experience. Please read this policy carefully before registering for any course.

Registration Fee / Booking Amount

A token amount of ₹5,000 is charged to hold your seat at the time of registration. This amount is adjusted against your total course fee.

Refund Eligibility

  • 2 days or more before the batch start date: If a student cancels their enrollment at least 2 days before the batch start date, the full amount paid (including the ₹5,000 token) will be refunded — no deductions.
  • Less than 2 days before the batch start date: Cancellations made within 2 days of the batch start date will incur a deduction of 10% of the course fee toward administrative and processing costs.
  • After the course starts: Once classes have commenced, fees are non-refundable, as course materials, trainer time, and batch seats are allocated in advance. In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergency with supporting documentation), we may consider a pro-rata refund for unattended sessions, at the sole discretion of Digital Toppers management.
  • No-show: If a student does not attend classes without prior communication, no refund will be issued.

Batch Transfer / Rescheduling

Students who cannot continue in their enrolled batch due to genuine reasons may request to transfer to a future batch once, free of charge, subject to seat availability, provided the request is made at least 2 days before the affected session.

Course Cancellation by Digital Toppers

If Digital Toppers cancels a batch or course due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or other operational reasons, students will be offered:

  • A full refund (including the token amount), or
  • A transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost

How to Request a Refund

Send a written request to info@digitaltoppers.com or via WhatsApp to +91 77080 88188, including your name, enrollment date, course name, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Study materials, workbooks, or certification fees already issued
  • Internship placement processing (if applicable)
  • Payment gateway or transaction charges
