Course Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the applicable course fee (or booking amount) and completion of registration formalities.
- Course fees, duration, and syllabus are as published on our website or as communicated during counseling, and are subject to change for future batches.
- The Company reserves the right to modify batch timings, trainers, or delivery mode (online/offline) due to operational requirements, with reasonable prior notice to enrolled students.
Internship & Job Placement Assistance
- Digital Toppers offers internship opportunities and job placement assistance as part of select courses.
- Internship and job placement assistance is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a job offer, salary, or specific internship outcome, as these depend on the student’s performance, industry demand, and hiring company decisions.
- Internship duration, structure, and certification are determined by the Company and may vary by course.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Attend classes regularly and complete assigned coursework
- Maintain respectful conduct with trainers and fellow students
- Not record, reproduce, or redistribute training materials or session recordings without written permission
The Company reserves the right to discontinue a student’s enrollment, without refund, in cases of misconduct, harassment, or violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, videos, logos, and content provided by Digital Toppers are the intellectual property of Digitz Technologies and are for the personal use of enrolled students only. Reproduction, resale, or public distribution without written consent is prohibited.
Certification
Certificates of course completion and internship are issued only upon satisfactory completion of the required attendance, assignments, and evaluation criteria set by Digital Toppers.
Payments
- All fees must be paid through the approved payment methods communicated at the time of registration.
- Fee-related disputes must be raised within 2 days of the transaction.

Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our training, website, or related services, including but not limited to loss of income, business opportunity, or employment outcomes.
