Role Description
We are looking for an Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist atleast 2-3 Year Experience to manage performance marketing for multiple real estate projects at Casagrand. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and managing high budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Meta Ads (Lead Ads, Conversion Ads, Retargeting)
- Run Google Search, YouTube, Display & Performance Max campaigns
- Create and optimize audiences, keywords, ad copies & creatives
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, Enhanced Conversions)
- Optimize CPL, quality of leads, and cost per result
- Create Custom & Lookalike Audiences, retargeting funnels
- Track daily performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Handle ads for pre-launch, launch & sustenance campaigns
- Coordinate with branding, CRM & sales team for lead quality
- Manage campaign budgets across multiple ongoing projects
Skills Required
- 2–4 years experience in Meta & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of real estate lead generation
- Hands-on with GA4, GTM, UTM tracking & CRM
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills
- Ability to manage high-budget campaigns
