Key Responsibilities
WordPress Development
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites with a strong focus on UI/UX and performance
- Customize themes and plugins as per business requirements
- Ensure website speed optimization, security, and mobile responsiveness
- Manage website backups, updates, and troubleshooting
- Integrate third-party tools, forms, APIs, and tracking codes
- Implement SEO-friendly site structures and schema markup
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Plan and execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines
- Manage Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns (basic to intermediate level)
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Support social media and email marketing campaigns when required
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor / Gutenberg / WPBakery
- HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with hosting, cPanel, and domain management
- Understanding of page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals)
Digital Marketing Skills
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with content marketing and lead generation strategies
- Data-driven mindset with reporting and analysis skills
