Key Qualifications & Expertise:
Core Writing Skills:
- Proven content writing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple formats (blog posts, articles, web content, social media posts, video scripts, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers)
- Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and storytelling techniques
- Ability to craft compelling, engaging content that drives audience engagement and action
- Experience adapting tone, voice, and messaging for different platforms, audiences, and purposes
- Strong headline and copywriting skills that capture attention and communicate value
Christian Knowledge & Understanding:
- Good understanding of biblical principle and faith-based messaging
- Ability to communicate spiritual concepts, teachings, and testimonies clearly, authentically, and compellingly
- Good familiarity with Christian culture, values, and mission driven communication.
- Understanding of how to integrate faith perspectives into professional and technical content
Social Media & Video Content Expertise:
- Proven experience creating content specifically for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- YouTube content creation experience is essential: including video scripts, descriptions, titles, thumbnails concepts, and engagement strategies
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices, algorithms, and content optimization
- Ability to write video scripts that are engaging, concise, and suited for visual storytelling
- Experience with content calendars, scheduling, and social media management
- Knowledge of hashtag strategies, trending topics, and audience engagement tactics
Technical & Industry Knowledge:
- Good understanding of technology, cloud solutions, digital transformation, IT services, or SaaS products
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, etc.) and basic SEO principles
- Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content performance metrics
Additional Skills:
Ability to write engaging, audience-driven content that encourages interaction, sharing, and discussion
Experience creating content for social media platforms (captions, posts, carousels, reels/video scripts)
Understanding of content strategies that drive reach, engagement, and community growth
Ability to adapt written content into short-form video scripts, voiceovers, or visual storytelling formats
