Job Role: Marketing Designer and Video Producer

Desired Experience: 2-5 years
We’re looking for a Marketing Designer and Video Producer, with 2–5 years of experience to join our Brand Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for creating impactful visuals across social media, email, web, and other channels—working closely with content and social media marketers to bring ideas to life through video and animation.
In this role, you’ll take ideas, imagery, or raw footage and transform them into creative visual content. You’ll also contribute to shaping how our brand is seen across platforms by applying design best practices tailored for social media and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
● Design motion graphics and short-form videos for multi-channel campaigns
● Shoot and edit event videos, interviews, and brand content
● Collaborate with marketers, designers, and stakeholders to develop creative concepts
● Ensure brand consistency and manage multiple projects with tight timelines
Required Capabilities
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
● Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and creative rationale
● Receptiveness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly based on input from stakeholders
● Awareness of emerging trends in digital content, animation, and social-first design
Qualifications and Skills
● 2–5 years of relevant experience in motion graphics and video design
● Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator—as well as other industry-standard video editing tools
● Experience in operating cameras and shooting videos for events, interviews, or brand content
● Strong portfolio showcasing animations, short-form videos, and multimedia content
● Good command of English, with the ability to understand briefs, communicate ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams
● High attention to detail, creativity, and a strong visual aesthetic
The role is based out of our office in Chennai. WFH option is not available.
