Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow brand’s social media presence across platforms catering to gaming audiences and communities.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, product promotions, and launches for DAWG gaming peripherals across social and gaming-related platforms.
- Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and community queries promptly.
- Create engaging content including creatives, captions, reels, posts, and campaign messaging aligned with gaming trends and DAWG brand identity.
- Actively engage with gaming communities, including Discord servers and gaming forums, to build brand loyalty.
- Support and promote product launches, gaming events, tournaments, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, marketing, product, and sales for campaign planning and execution.
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and community feedback to optimize content and strategy.
- Stay updated on gaming trends, gamer preferences, esports activities, and competitor activity in the gaming peripherals space.
Requirements & Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in gaming, electronics, or youth-focused brands.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture, gamers, esports, and gaming accessory trends.
- Experience handling campaigns across multiple social and gaming-focused platforms for brand promotion.
- Hands-on experience with Discord community management is highly preferred.
- Basic Hindi speaking and reading skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a clear understanding of what resonates with gaming audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and community interactions simultaneously.
- Passion for gaming and technology is a strong advantage.
