Job Description
- Omni Experience Content Specialist
- Support omni-channel experience by developing and executing content strategies for B2B and B2C channels,
- ensuring consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.
- Content Development & Execution
- Create and manage content for multiple channels including web, social media, email, and in-store.
- Adapt content for both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring relevance and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality assets.
- Omni-Channel Strategy Support
- Assist in implementing omni-channel content strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure seamless integration of content across digital and physical platforms.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, reach).
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and customer feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with category managers, ecommerce teams, and marketing leads.
- Coordinate with technical teams for content publishing and updates.
Skills
Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Timely delivery of omni-channel content.
• Increased engagement and conversion across B2B and B2C channels.
• Consistency and quality of content across platforms.
